Introduction

Composition of fountain control system

The music fountain control system is mainly composed of audio control signal, inverter, water pump, multi-function valve, universal nozzle and water pipe. The fountain water pump adopts the frequency conversion speed regulation technology to realize the stepless speed regulation of the water pump, which can adjust the speed of the water pump at any time according to the strength of the audio signal. The multi-function valve and universal nozzle are controlled by a special fountain controller, and various patterns and shapes can be realized according to the program. We use the audio signal of music to control the inverter, the audio signal of music itself is an AC voltage signal with very small power, after being rectified, filtered and stabilized, it can output a corresponding DC voltage signal, the signal is very weak relatively speaking, after power amplification of the signal, the standard DC voltage signal of 0-5V can be output, that is to say, it can realize the control of audio signal to inverter, that is, the control of water pump spray, so as to realize the control of music to fountain spray. The flow chart of the control system is shown in the figure below.

 

Parameter setting and debugging

lThe wiring mode of inverter is as follows:

R. S, T connect to 380V AC power supply, U, V, W connect to three-phase asynchronous motor, each motor needs to connect to a separate thermal relay, control terminal DCM and FWD short circuit (positive rotation start signal). The music amplifier outputs 4 ~ 20mA signals to CI and ACM, the terminal (control frequency converter speed) CI is connected with positive signal and ACM is connected with negative signal.

Inverter parameters setting as below:

F0.01=1, control mode is external terminal control

F0.03=2, Speed regulation by 4 ~ 20mA analog input

F00.08=0.5, acceleration time

F0.10=2, reverse prohibit

Debugging precautions

lAudio signal interference

It is known from the working principle of the frequency converter that when the frequency converter is running, its input and output side will generate high-order harmonics, which will interfere with other equipment through conduction, radiation, coupling and other ways. The harmonic interference in the music fountain system will form harsh noise and affect the music playing after being amplified by the audio amplification system. When debugging, the following measures shall be taken: [1] Reduce the carrier frequency of inverter; [2] The frequency converter shall be grounded reliably. The grounding wire shall be a wire with a larger diameter, and the distance between the grounding point and the frequency converter shall be as short as possible; [3] The input and output power lines of the inverter shall be far away from the audio signal line and the control line as far as possible, and the power line and the control line shall not be in the same trunking; [4] The power supply of the audio signal system shall be isolated from the power supply of the inverter as far as possible.

lSkip protection of frequency converter

The speed of fountain water pump is adjusted at any time with the strength of audio signal, which requires fast response of inverter. When adjusting the parameters of inverter, the acceleration and deceleration time should be as short as possible, but it is prone to over-current protection when the acceleration and deceleration time is too short, so the appropriate acceleration and deceleration time should be set according to the actual situation on site. In order to reduce the interference of audio frequency modulation signal, the analog quantity Ai1 needs to set the filtering time properly. Fuling series inverter has the function of automatic fault reset, in order to avoid the fault of inverter caused by interference signal, this function can be turned on during debugging.
