2. Then use the inverter with the motor no-load test run

After the no-load test run of the inverter is normal, it can be connected to the motor for no-load test run. Before connecting the motor, it is necessary to confirm that the technical indicators of the motor are qualified. Do not load the motor. Then let the inverter drive the motor to rotate and observe whether it is normal, such as whether the motor rotation direction meets the requirements. Turn the potentiometer with the given frequency counterclockwise to the left end of 0Hz, then switch on the forward turn switch of the inverter (FWD), slowly rotate the potentiometer clockwise, so that the given frequency gradually increases, observe the rotation of the motor, at 50% of the maximum frequency, let the motor rotate for a few minutes, and observe the value of voltage and current. Then let the output frequency of the inverter reach the maximum frequency, and then let the motor rotate for a few minutes. Then reduce the output frequency to 75%, 25% of the maximum frequency, let the motor turn for a while, and then adjust the output frequency, and then turn off the forward switch (FWD) to see whether the motor stops according to the set deceleration time. This process basically does not need to set parameters, it is feasible to use the parameter preset value of the inverter factory.

3. Finally, debug and run with load

Through the trial operation of the above two steps, it can be put into operation with load
